This Privacy Policy describes how Deep Diver ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App. Deep Diver is a mobile arcade game developed by Mobylex. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Deep Diver does not use an app-specific username or password. Instead, it relies on the following to identify your account and save your progress:

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone/camera input, browsing history, or health data. Deep Diver does not contain chat, messaging, or any way to exchange content directly with other users.
The App uses the following service providers to operate its core features. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes:
Deep Diver does not use advertising networks, analytics/attribution SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Your leaderboard display name and score are visible to other players inside the App as part of its core functionality, but no other personal data is made public.
Your account data is retained for as long as you use the App. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page for instructions. Requests are processed within 30 days. Some purchase records may be retained by Google Play independently of us, per Google's own retention rules.
We rely on the security measures provided by Unity Gaming Services and Google Play Billing to protect your data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Deep Diver is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
