Account & Data Deletion — Deep Diver
Developer: Mobylex · Last updated: August 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Deep Diver account and the data associated
with it. Deep Diver does not use app-specific usernames or passwords — accounts are created and
signed into through Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple.
How to Request Deletion
- Email us from the account you signed in with. Send a request to the address
below from the Google or Apple email you used inside Deep Diver, so we can confirm it's really
you.
- Include your in-game display name. Add the name shown on the Leaderboard or
Settings screen, and which sign-in method you used (Google Play Games or Apple) — this is how
we locate your record.
- We confirm once it's done. Your account and saved progress are deleted
within 30 days, and we'll reply to confirm.
What Happens to Your Data
| Deleted | Not deleted by us |
- Your linked Google Play Games or Apple sign-in association
- Cloud-saved progress — coins, upgrades, and owned skins
- Daily quest progress and best-depth record
- Your leaderboard entry (display name and score)
|
- Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple's own billing systems, per their
retention rules
- Anything we're legally required to keep (e.g. for fraud prevention), for up to 30 days
before final erasure
|
Deep Diver has no server-side account database of its own outside Unity Gaming Services — once
your Cloud Save record and leaderboard entry are removed, no gameplay data tied to you remains.
