This Privacy Policy describes how Speed Race ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App. Speed Race is a mobile arcade racing game developed by Mobylex. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Speed Race has no sign-up and no passwords. Once endless mode is unlocked, the App creates an anonymous online player for the leaderboards (see below). We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other contact details inside the App.
| Category | What it is | Where it is kept / why |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress | The races you have unlocked, your best score and stars for each race, your best endless score, your coins, the cars you own with their upgrades and paint, which introductions you have already seen, your daily reward calendar, daily missions and gift box timer, and the failed attempts used for the in-game offers. | Stored only on your device, to continue your game and show your results. It is never sent to us. |
| Settings | Sound, music, vibration, language, controls (including the tilt calibration), speed unit, reminder and usage statistics choices, and when the "rate this game" question was last shown. | Stored only on your device, to remember your preferences. It is never sent to us. |
| Reminders | If you turn reminders on, local notifications are scheduled on your device for when your gift box is full and in the evening when your daily reward is waiting or your daily streak is about to break. | Scheduled by your device's own notification system. No push notification service is used, and nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off in Settings → Reminders or in your device's notification settings. |
| Leaderboards and friends | A random player ID, the racer name shown on the leaderboards (a generated name such as "Racer1234" unless you change it), your best endless scores (all time and this week), your 6-character friend code and the list of racers you added as friends. | Stored by Unity Gaming Services, to show the leaderboards and your friends' scores. Only your racer name and scores are visible to other players. You can delete it with Ranks → your name → Delete online account. |
| Usage statistics | Game events such as races started and finished (race, result, score, time), endless runs, rewarded ads offered and watched, daily rewards, missions, coins spent and purchases made, together with basic device information (model, operating system, country, language) and a random install ID. | Collected by Unity Analytics, to understand how the game is played and to balance its difficulty and rewards. No advertising ID and no contact details are used. In the EEA, the UK and other regions where consent is required, only with your consent; you can turn it off in Settings → Usage statistics. |
| Purchase history | Whether you have purchased Premium, and coin packs you buy. | To deliver and restore your purchases. We never see or store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. |
| Advertising identifiers | Your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA) and related ad-request data, collected by Google AdMob. On iOS, the IDFA is only available if you allow tracking when asked. | To show and measure ads: occasional short ads between levels (not shown with Premium) and optional rewarded video ads you can choose to watch for an extra life or more time, double coins, a doubled daily reward or gift box, to keep your daily streak after a missed day, or to skip a level. |
| Ad consent choices | Your answers to the privacy/consent message shown by Google's User Messaging Platform (shown to users in the EEA, the UK and other regions where required). | To respect your choices about personalized ads. Stored on your device by Google's SDK. |
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone/camera input, browsing history, or health data. Speed Race does not contain chat or messaging: friends are added by entering each other's friend code, and only racer names and scores are shown.
The App uses the following service providers to operate its features. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes, except as described in their own privacy policies:
Apart from Unity Analytics, Speed Race does not use analytics, attribution or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not sell or share your data with data brokers. Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to select, deliver, and measure ads, and to help prevent the same ad from repeating; this is governed by Google's own privacy policy linked above.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Apart from the advertising data handled by Google AdMob, the purchase data handled by Apple / Google and the leaderboard and usage data handled by Unity as described above, no data leaves your device.
Because your game progress and settings are stored only on your device, uninstalling the App deletes them. We do not keep a copy. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own retention rules, which lets you restore Premium on a new device with Shop → Restore Purchases (coins bought in packs are stored on the device and cannot be restored). Advertising data is retained by Google according to its privacy policy linked above.
Deleting your online account (Ranks → your name → Delete online account) removes your player, racer name, friend code and friend list; scores already on the leaderboards may remain under the generic name "Racer", no longer tied to an account. Usage statistics are kept by Unity according to its privacy policy; to have them deleted, contact us with the request.
The App communicates with Google AdMob, Unity Gaming Services and the app stores over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Speed Race is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
